One of Ogden's greatest assets is its geographic location.
The Wasatch Mountain range forms the city's east boundary. Mt. Ogden
rises to 9,572 feet and dominates the east side of Ogden City. Mt.
Ogden will be the site of the Super G and Downhill for the 2002
Winter Olympics. The Wasatch Front has become a mountain of interest
for recreation buffs, environmentalists, developers, hunters,
birders, walkers, and others. |

The Southwest Utah Birding Trails map covers the state from the southern Juab County line east
to Price and south to the Utah/Arizona state line. The Utah/Nevada
state line is the west boundary and the east boundary is a line from
Price south to Rainbow Bridge National Monument. The first map in the series, the Great Salt Lake Birding Trails Map, was published in 2001. A third is planned for publication to cover eastern Utah
